Washing/bleaching/lightening

In pre-treatment, the materials intended for dyeing and/or finishing are prepared for further processing. In this stage, auxiliary agents used during spinning, weaving, or knitting—such as preparation agents, softeners (avivage), and sizing agents—must be removed. Any remaining impurities are also eliminated in order to ensure the required level of cleanliness for the subsequent finishing processes.

Our machinery is ideally equipped for the pre-treatment of a wide range of materials and supports both continuous and discontinuous processes. For discontinuous processes, we have machines such as jiggers (working widths from 180 to 440 cm) and high-temperature beam dyeing machines (HT beam) with widths from 100 to 400 cm. In the area of continuous processing, our open-width washing range with washing compartments (for fabric widths from 90 to 320 cm) and several padding mangles (foulards) with working widths from 90 to 500 cm enable flexible and efficient processing.
